We Love Laptops!

At school we have a new lapcabby filled with 15 brand new laptops. From time to time all classes get to work on the laptops to do different projects, research information on the internet and to play a range of educational games.

The children in first class have been learning how to use the keyboards on the laptops with their teacher Ms. Mc Guinness. They are learning where all the letters, numbers and punctuation are located, how to delete and save information. They also type their stories using Open Office that they have written in their Writer's Workshop lessons.
