A Visit from i105-107

There was great excitement in third class recently when one of the pupils won a competition on radio I 105-107. Chantelle's dad texted her name in and was told on Monday night (28 March) that Chantelle's name had been picked out. The prize was an interview on the radio and a lift to school in the radio van and a visit by the I school run team to Chantelle's classroom. Chantelle spoke to the morning crew from the classroom and the class sang a song live on air. Sarah and Siobhan from the morning crew had travelled all the way from Galway that morning. They had a goody bag for Chantelle with balloons and a hat and t shirt and key rings and balloons for all her classmates. Chantelle's mum and dad and baby brother came to witness her radio debut. A good time was had by all.
